What days and times are your classes?

Posted by simon on 21 Feb 2008 | Tagged as: Questions & Contact

The beginner’s classes often run on Wednesdays and Sundays, and one-off workshops and Reiki attunements are mostly on the weekend. Each class is different, however, and when the class runs will be worked out depending on what days and times the participants can make. We normally announce new courses on the website and mailing list and will give an idea of the days and times at this point. After people have signed up, we work out when is best for everyone.

Over an eight week period of weekly 2-hour lessons and practise, you will learn the skills you need to give enjoyable relaxing and effective massages.

back massageSwedish Massage is a classical European massage technique of the muscles with special oils by therapeutic stroking and kneading of muscle tissue to promote stress relief.
